Redeeming miles
  • From now through late September you’ll continue to be able to use HawaiianMiles for Hawaiian Airlines flights. On October 1, your HawaiianMiles will be converted into the new program at a 1:1 ratio. You will then be able to redeem those miles to book flights on both Hawaiian Airlines and Alaska Airlines, as well as on partner airlines.
  • You may continue to redeem miles for First Class/Business Class upgrades on Hawaiian Airlines operated flights through late September. In the combined loyalty program, upgrades with miles will be unavailable. However you may still redeem miles for a First Class ticket or pay for an upgrade.

Companion award benefits will be available for use on either Hawaiian- or Alaska- operated flights beginning later this fall.
